Ir. Yow Jaw Perng has more than 15 years of professional experience in Civil and Structural engineering. He is a registered Professional Engineer. He has been involved in numerous industrial and commercial projects in the region. His early experience involved the detail design of the I95-91 highway interchange steel bridge in Connecticut, USA. He was also involved with the Metro North railway bridge rehabilitation program. Work inspection with the rectification method was proposed and detailed to prolong the life span of the bridge.
In Malaysia, his skills include project coordination and management, value engineering of concept designs and monitoring of design teams. Yow is experienced in the project of structural design for steel and reinforced concrete works. He has been active in the designed and detailed in the industrial filed. Work involved included design work for client such as Jotun; Malaya Flour Mills Berhad (MFM); Malaya Sugar Manufacturing (MSM); F&N; Sime Darby Plantation, and etc. He is experienced in structural steel design consisting of portal framed buildings, steel trussed buildings, steel beam composite flooring systems and multiple span pipe support bridges.
Ir. WONG KEN TIN

Ir Wong Ken Tin is a registered Professional Engineer with 16 years experience. His experience in executing a project management and professional coordination work has put a success for each project. Work involved included numerous commercial and industrial projects for the clients such as Lafarge Malaysia Berhad; Malayan Sugar Manufacturing (M) Sdn Bhd, Malayan Flour Mills Berhad, etc. He also involved in several coal-fired power plants and renewable energy power plants (biodiesel, biomass, biogas, hydroelectric) for the owners such as Alstom Power System SA; Golden Hope Plantations Berhad; Jimah East Power Sdn Bhd; Biogas Sulpom Sdn Bhd; Kundur Hydro RE Sdn Bhd. His professional skills include project management, value engineering of concept designs, monitoring of design teams. Wong's technical experience in concrete building design includes beam & column structures, flat slabs, foundations, reservoirs and silos. His experience in structural steel design consists of portal framed buildings, steel trussed buildings, flooring systems and conveyor trusses.

Ir. Low Chin Yen has more than 10 years of professional experience. He is a registered Professional Engineer with Board of Engineers Malaysia.
His experience in planning and implementation of projects in Malaysia, including project management, feasibility study, design and construction supervision of structural. He has been Project Manager for projects for past few years. His work portfolio includes construction of Hotel, Residential Towers, Service Apartments, Office Buildings, Commercial Buildings, Factory Steelwork, Power Plant, Airport, Sub-structure Works and Top-Down Construction.
Mr. ONG SAIK CHEONG

Mr. Ong Saik Cheong has 10 years working experience. He has been involved in projects such as Four Seasons Place Kuala Lumpur, Hotel and Office Towers at IOI Resort City, Residential and Commercial Towers at Nusajaya, Johor. His professional skills include project management, monitoring of design teams, His technical experience in concrete building design includes beam & column structures, post tension beam, foundations, etc. His experience in structural steel design consists of portal framed buildings, steel trussed buildings, flooring systems, etc.
